As lead singer of M People Heather has notched up an impressive 20 UK hit singles and four best-selling albums as well as scoring a huge hit with the anthemic song ‘Proud’ in 2000, the title track from her debut solo album.
Heather started her singing career as a teenager in the 1980s and it’s widely rumoured that she provided the main vocal for Ride On Time, the huge number one hit by Black Box – something Heather has so far refused to confirm or deny, so have a listen and make up your own mind…
No stranger to TV either Heather Small competed in Strictly Come Dancing and earlier this year she was un-masked as Chandelier in the huge ITV hit series The Masked Singer.
Heather has a brand new album out for 2022, Colour My Life, which features her latest single Love Me Or Not.
