WHAT TO BRING / WHAT NOT TO BRING

WentFest is an open air event in a countryside setting, so do please come prepared for whatever the good old British weather may throw at us – from raincoats to suncream and blankets to sun hats!

Fold-up chairs will be permitted however we do request that they be used in a specific area to the back of the arena so as to allow those who wish to sit on the grass full visibility of the stage. Please do not be offended if our stewards ask you to move or pack away your chair should they feel it is in an unsuitable location.

Children’s tents, tables, gazebos, windbreaks or any other tented structures WILL NOT be permitted. All bags must be smaller than A4 size.

Sealed bottled water is fine, as are children's snacks.

Alcohol is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED as this is a licensed venue.

CAN VEHICLES BE LEFT OVERNIGHT?

Yes.

HOW MUCH DOES PARKING COST?

Parking is £5 per vehicle. Parking spaces must be booked in advance, which can be done on our ticket page.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED TO ATTEND?

Only assistance dogs may be permitted in to the main arena.

ARE THERE ANY FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED?

WentFest welcomes disabled festival goers and takes all reasonable measures to assist with their attendance and enjoyment of the event. At the same time, please be advised that the festival takes place in the open countryside and disabled guests should be aware that some areas of the main arena, car park and surrounding areas are fairly uneven and may be difficult to navigate. Marshals will be available to assist disabled guests in getting in to the main arena if required.

Disabled toilets will be available in the main arena.

WILL THERE BE CATERING OUTLETS ON SITE?

There will indeed! We love our food and drink so can assure you there will be a wide selection of both.

WILL THERE BE A LICENSED BAR?

Yes, our main bar will be run by our friends at Thornbridge Brewery and will be open from 11:00am until 9.30pm.

Please note: I.D. will be required at the bar if you are lucky enough to look under 25 as we operate a strict Challenge-25 policy.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOLIC DRINKS IN TO THE EVENT?

Due to licensing restrictions, you are not permitted to bring alcohol into the festival. There will be a wide range of premium alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks available for purchase from our bar and catering outlets. We also aim to make sure every bar and food outlet is very reasonably priced, therefore meaning there should be no need to bring in alcohol from elsewhere.

Please note: Only alcohol purchased from the licensed bar may be consumed on site. If you attempt to bring alcohol in it will be confiscated.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Small snacks are allowed, let’s face it the kids may not want an artisan burger, but please remember that safety is paramount. We can’t allow knives and forks, and glass is strictly banned.

WHERE CAN I FIND A COPY OF THE ARTIST RUNNING ORDER?

The final run-down for all stages will be available in the week leading up to the event.

Please be advised that the line-up or set times are subject to change should problems arise beyond our control. In the event of this, refunds will not be available.
